Japanese ore specimens from two different deposits. One is Hishikari, 9,000 GPT (rich!). No visible gold. The Hishikari gold mine in Isa City, Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan, is the country's only operating gold mine on a commercial scale. The Hishikari mine is known for its very high-grade gold ore, with an average grade of 20 grams per tonne, significantly higher than the global average. The other is from Akeshi, Chiran-cho, Minamikyushu City, Kagoshima Prefecture. Please see photos for dimensions.
