A crimp forming tool marked "12" with a patent date of "Dec. 31, '89" is for forming the crimp on the first born paper hulls of the 1890's. These tools would fit nicely in your man cave. There is a large push to be bio-friendly where plastic hulls left behind are frowned upon and plastic wads are now being engineered out of existence. You may need this tool in the future. Drag out Grampas old Parker and start reloading for non-toxic shot at the kitchen table.
