Probably salt spoons. Four are gold washed, one with shovel bowl die struck "William Howard Taft....1919"; one other has die struck image of burro; two have plain bowls. Four spoons have plain bowls, twisted wire handles with very interesting tops; one other has engraved bowl image of burro. The rest have plain bowls.
