Detailed map is 19.5" x 13", a "Reconnaissance Map and Diagrams of the Asphaltum N/NE of Frederick's Lode Brook" (Richard C. Taylor and James Robb, 1851). Printed on very delicate tissue paper with a large tear that needs to be repaired. Very detailed geological and chemical analysis. Please inspect. Printed by C. Vinten, New York, 1852.
