John Parsons was a farmer in Sacramento County in the 1870 census. He was born about 1826 in England. He passed away on 26 September 1911 and is buried in the Sylvan Cemetery in Citrus Heights. Signed by clerk WBC Brown and deputy clerk Harrison. 14 x 17". Gold Seal. American Eagle holding shield and a California state seal vignettes. Folds, small rip at fold edge, some foxing.
