Obverse: crowned bust of Queen Isabella I of Spain; reverse: kneeling female with distaff and spindle, representing women's industry. Designed by Charles E. Barber; reeded edge; diameter 24.3 mm; 6.25 grams; mintage 24,214; 90% silver, 10% copper. Brilliant uncirculated in hard plastic holder.
