Engraved and Nickel Plated 5 shot large frame center fire revolver. Engraved Guttapercha grips with lanyard ring. Barrel length is 4.5”. George Custer was said to have a pair of these presented to him by the czar of Russia in 1874. He was supposedly carrying them in the Battle of Little Bighorn. Condition: bore is good, engraving of both firearm and grips are very nice, cylinder has a one in four marking on the front of the cylinder. Belgium proof marks on the right side of the frame.
