It had entered into an agreement with the promoters of this enterprise whereby it has agreed to convey to them a certain proportion of the capital stock of the company in consideration for which the tunnel is to run through Mammoth Hill ground and company is to have a perpetual use of the same for mining purposes. 7) Joe Bowers Extension Mining Co.
