Three early Arizona Territory newspaper sections from the 1870's. First, The Phoenix Herald, dated March 12, 1879. Mostly wants, business ads and very little news content, but in very nice shape. Next, The Salt River Herald, dated February 15, 1879. This is also a Phoenix publication and is 99 percent ads, although there is an article entitled "The Wealth of Arizona." Lastly, The Arizona Citizen out of Pima County, dated July 27, 1872. While it's a paper primarily made up of advertising, there are articles on the rise of crime eastward, Colorado River News, The Guaymas Railroad and more. All three in nice shape. Please see photos for more detail and condition.
