Clear Creek County. 1) Prospectus. 9 pages. 6" x 3.5" Looks to have been printed around 1905, but was written in heavily, with dates written over and whole sections crossed out. Someone was not happy with the information in this prospectus! The prospectus says the company was out of Leadville, but this has been crossed out and Georgetown has been written over it. 2) Three photographs. 4" x 2.75" One shows miner posing outside of entrance for the Saxon Tunnel. Another shows a miner and ore carts outside of Culley's Tunnel (Accord M & M Co. on sign next to tunnel). The third picture shows a valley and mountains. J.J. Culley was the owner, President and Treasurer of Accord Mining and Milling Company in the early 1900s.
