Pass no. 350 issued for the year 1891 to CH Hudson, general manager of East Tenn., Virginia 7 Georgia Railway. Signed by the general superintendent. Fancy logo with elk vignette incorporated into "Co." Also another vignette of man chomping down a tree. Printed on cardstock. Originally the Addison and Northern Pennsylvania Railway Company formed early in the year 1882, a narrow gauge railroad from Addison , NY to Gaines, PA. In addition to the railway the company had coal mines in operation built under the name of Gaines Coal and Coke Company and branched a line to mines in Gurnee in 1884. Also owned the line of the New York and Northern Pennsylvania Railroad. Renamed to this company name in 1887.
