Lot of 7. 1. Two certificates. Robinson Airlines Corp. incorp 1945 New York. #140, I/U and #333, U/U. Both green borders, no vignettes, embossed corp. seal, shares @ $1.00 ea.. #140 for 50 shares issued June 1, 1948 signed C S Robinson pres. ( and Founder). #333 is unissued. Both are EF cond. Robison was the founder until bought out in 1952 and renamed Mohawk Airlines.
2. Reno Air incorp. 1990 Nevada. #RA2087, I/C. 100 shares common stock @ $.01 ea. issued Oct 13, 1992. signed pres. and sec. Rose border "CERTIFiCATE OF STOCK" rose underprint., vignette eagle spread wing. imprinted seal, Security- Columbian BNC printer. Started by Frontier Airlines in 1990 with Reno as it's main hub. It expanded to 5 hubs and in 1990 bought by American Airlines.
3.United Nuclear Corp. incorp 1954 Delaware. #SCC33259, I/U, for 100 shares common stock @ $ .20 ea. issued May14, 1963. signed pres. and sec. Purple border w/ "CERTIFICATE OF STOCK" underprint, vignette allegorical male surrounded by atomic symbol, imprinted corp seal, Security-Columbian BNC. The company founded to oversee nuclear projects and expand in the nuclear market. Expanded in oil, coal and uranium mining. Famous for the Church Rock nuclear incident in 1979. GE bought in 1997.
4. United Helicopters, Inc. incorp. 19465 Calif. #4268, I/C, 25 shares of capital stock no par value issued Nov 22, 1948. No vignette, embossed seal, Parker Printing Co printer. Noted for making military helicopters and the first two seater helicopter. 1948 changed name to Hiller Aircraft .
5. Flying W Airways, Inc. incorp. 1957 Pennsylvania. #PU6031, I/U, 200 shares common stock @ $.10 ea. issued June 8, 1972. eagle vignette, Security-Columbian BNC. EF cond. Founded by William C Whitesell also built the Flying W Airport in Medford to support development of Alaskan oil fields.
6. Airlift International, Inc. incorp. 1964 Florida. #J96211, I/C, 100 shares common stock @ $.10 ea issued Aug 17, 1967. Vignette allegorical female holding world. imprinted seal, American BNC.
