Flowery Mining District, Storey Co., Nevada (printed at bottom center). Inc. Dec. 6th, 1875. No. 1194, issued for 50 shares to company secretary Wm. H. McClintock on April 10th, 1876 in San Francisco. Signed by McClintock and president D. McDonald. Not cancelled. Ornate border and black print, shaded logo, and vignette of bald eagle. Printed by noted African-American lithographer GT Brown, SF. Folds. 4 x 9" Segregated from the Lady Bryan and from the Queen. A shaft was located 1,300 feet from the works of the Lady Bryan. The vein is entirely unexplored. The nearest working is at the 380 ft. level of the Lady Bryan. Shaft will have two compartments. They will share the water pumping machinery of the Lady Bryan.
