This beautiful rainbow hue Alibates flint knife was found on the Arkansas River in Kay County, Oklahoma. Alibate flint has been quarried in the Texas Panhandle for thousands of years and this one was found about 200 miles from its source. It is 5.75 in./ 146 mm in length, percussion shaped and pressure knapped for sharpness. A beautiful find and displayed in red velvet and oak framed. From the Gary Bracken collection.
