Ornate border and very detailed vignette of oil derricks and workers (upper left) and dog on safe (top center). Printed by Wm. Mann, Philadelphia. 8.25 x 11.25" Nice condition. Articles from 1865 mention that Amber Petroleum offers a burning oil that's "safe, won't smoke, gives a good light, and is much cheaper than coal oil."
