Ornate border, black and red print and three vignettes: portrait of George Washington (left), mining scene (top center), and small mining scene (bottom center). Printed by Francis Hart & Co., NY. 25 cent adhesive stamp attached at bottom center. Folds with tape repairs. 15 x 13.5" This company held the Setentrion Mines in Chihuahua.
