This lot includes an empty vintage US Cartridge Co. ammo box of .410 ga. full brass cartridges (1874-1927). US Cartridge was the industrial child of Benjamin "Beast" Butler that governed over New Orleans during the Civil War. In excellent condition with size and warning labels intact. Two Western .22 cal. short Rim Fire Cartridge boxes are marked "gallery special" with "lesmok powder" indicating a smokeless powder charge (1913-1947). These are empty boxes that once held 50 rounds.
