Leonard Lonjose (1934-2004) designed this Spirit Dancer (one of the two designs he was well known for--the other is Quail Bird). The mosaic work is amazing--turquoise, jet, red spiny oyster and mother of pearl. His work always featured a lot of unusual silver work. (Please see photos) He is featured in Toshio Sei's book "Kachinas and Ceremonial Dancers in Zuni Jewelry". Black leather tie with silver tips.
