#315 for 300 shares issued to Thomas A. Scott in 1864. Incorporated in NY. Signed by J Randall as secretary and N.M Hartley? as president. Great piece with Heintzelman Mine vignette top center. The famous company name appears to have been used to promote a property other than the Heinselman, which was where the name had its historical roots. Stanton Keith reported in his "Index of Mining Properties in Pima County" that a company by this name had properties at Baboquivari District in the Baboquivari Mountains, significantly west of Arivaca. One of the nicest Arizona mining stocks.
