Billed to Reese River Consolidated Co. for oil and a broom. 2) Rare billhead for the Austin Lumber Yard, McCornick & Waddell, 1865. Billed to the Manhattan Silver Mining Co. for planks and lagging. JD Fairchild & Co Printers, Austin. 3) 1871 letterhead for George Russell, Dealer in Groceries, Miners' Supplies & Lumber, Mineral Hill, Nevada. Addressed to Curtis in Austin. Two page (front/back) message discusses how Russell has purchased 2/3 of the Blue Bird Dumps and is wondering where he can have the ore milled. He wants to send the ore to Austin to be processed. Also mentions that the "Reno agent" was here and made an offer on processing Blue Bird ore. Also that "water is getting scarce at the mill" and that the "english is expected in tonight." 4) 1875 Lander County tax statement for the Morgan & Muncey Mine, Austin, Nevada.
