1) Kaiser-Frazer Corp (1947–1951 partnership between automobile executive Joseph W. Frazer and industrialist Henry J. Kaiser. In 1947, acquired automotive assets of Graham-Paige. Kaiser-Frazer was only new US automaker to become successful after WWII. When Frazer left in 1951, became Kaiser Motors Corp., continuing until 1955. 100 shares certificate # 51565. Inc.
