Avanyu pot by Earlene Youngbird. Polished redware with cream colored matte modern design of Avanyu (water serpent), 4" h x 5" diameter. Earlene Youngbird-Tafoya (1947-2008) was known for her polychrome redware pottery. She was a daughter of Felix and Adelaide Silva Sisneros and a daughter-in-law of Mida Tafoya.
