Dateline Virginia N. T. 1863. Incorporated June 2, 1863. Not cancelled. Location: Virginia Mining District, Storey Co., N. T. Allegorical vignette. Printed by Enterprise Print (Territorial Enterprise). Small staining on left. Otherwise quite excellent. Collins lists the mine with W McKay as secretary. McCoy owned the Grass Valley and Nevada Saloon. He also sat on the famous Virginia City Tall Man Jury. Endorsed on back by O. H. Platt - Gold Hill’s postmaster from 1862 to 1864.
