Pen notations on reverse transfer the stock in 1857. Newspaper articles from 1855 list the sale of stocks issued after this one. It also mentions a company meeting held at Eureka Township in Butte County, California. No other references could be found, though this has been previously presented as a Nevada County mining operation. 3.5 x 8.25" Black print on blue paper. Folds.
