Nine pieces - all official agreements. Many have been translated. 1) List of persons with 24% interest in the Coe Company. Each has put in a said amount of money and has a percentage of the 24% (so it seems). For example, John Rawling $19.44, CA Brown $26.88, James Vivian $39.96, etc. All with original signatures which makes this a particularly wonderful piece. 2) 1862 agreement between John Millhom, William Biggs, and Henry Burdell and the Independent Mining Company in Grass Valley with EC Webster, A Moorehouse, and A Hamilton. and the Badger Mining Company. Settle boundary line. 3) AR Clark selling his title of a "certain Mining Claim located in Mac Clintock Ranch on Pike Flat and known as the Scotch Company Claim..." 4) Quit claim deed for mining ground on the south bank of the middle Wolf Creek, Powhattan Bryan, David Bryan, John Melhorn, William H Bryan, and William Biggs. 1861. 5) Another sale of mining ground sold to Phillip Pennik(?). 6) 1860 sale of 1/5 interest in the diggings of the Scotch Company to (?). 7) Sale of the Last Chance Mining Company located on Gavano(?) Hill. 8) 1865 Howard Hill (just below Wilson's upper fence, boundary line agreement), Grass Valley. Partners on Eureka #2. 9) 1861 sale to William Biggs of 600 feet of mining ground on Middle Wolf Creek. Check out the names for great historical research! For example, Powhattan Bryan stayed and is buried in Grass Valley. City: Grass Valley State: California Date: 1860-1865 hwac# 36311
