Nice birds-eye view of Central City. Reed & McKenney's Rocky Mountain Scenery. According to Mautz, Albert S. McKenney and William H. Reed were active in Denver (1870-72), Central City and Georgetown (1873). Their studio was destroyed by fire in 1874. Some staining on right panel. 4 x 7" In 1873, President Ulysses S. Grant visited to see Henry Teller's hotel. They laid 26 ingots of solid silver to make a path to the entrance to the Teller House, but Grant walked on the boardwalk instead.
