Wiley (secretary). Reverse has notation from Davenport authorizing _____ to act on his behalf, dated Sept. 12, 1866. Blue text on white paper. The mine was located in Summit County. The name appears in the 1883 Congressional Edition, Volume 2113, listing R.A. Sanky as president.
