Not listed in Filer. Does appear in 1864 Collins and is listed as having 1,400 ft in the Gold Hill District with an office at 14 N. C Street in Virginia City. J.W. Phillips is listed as living in American Flat. Gould is not listed. J. McCarty is listed as a broker and secretary for this mine and the Summit mining company.
