Mono County documents. 1) Mono County Road Fund Bond, No. 230. $50. Issued to Samuel Davis, July 15th, 1878. Bonds issued for "the construction of a Wagon Road from Antelope Valley to the Town of Benton." Two coupons still attached. State seal and sluicing vignette on top. Pen cancelled. Signed by county auditor, county treasurer, and chairman of the board of supervisors. 8.5" x 12" with small rips and stains. 2) County Treasurer warrant. Bridgeport, April 7th, 1877. $65 is to be paid from the North Antelope School Fund to Miss Sarah Veysey for "teaching one month." Pen and punch cancelled.
