The Complete Report on Construction of the Los Angeles Aqueduct from 1916, published by the Department of Public Service of Los Angeles.
The Owens Valley aqueduct was designed and built by the city's water department, at the time named The Bureau of Los Angeles Aqueduct, under the supervision of the department's Chief Engineer William Mulholland (Mulholland Drive).
This edition also includes several maps from the project. It's a rare publication that, according to the inside cover, took up residence in the library of the Pacific Union Club in San Francisco.
There are binding issues with this 319 page book, but still very readable and unique.
Please see photos for more detail and condition.
