This lot holds five glass bottles resembling revolver guns. Using gun bottles to dispense whiskey, tequila, or even candy is not a new idea. These five revolvers resemble pistols made between the 1840s to 1890's. They have metal screw caps with a ground top and two blob tops with corks. They indicate a pre-1900 manufacture. These bottles resemble "pocket pistols" why not a pocket flask pistol? The two bottles with corks may indicate a south of the border origin for tequila (pronounced "Ta- kill-Ya"). You just reach into your pocket, unscrew the cap, and tip. Please see photo for details.
