Possibly the only issued piece known. Inc. in the Territory of Arizona. Low no. 5, issued to Simon J. Murphy for 40 shares in 1901. Signed by vice president FM Murphy and the secretary. Pen cancelled. Folds, toning. Comes with stub. The Bradshaw Mountain Railroad was a subsidiary of the Santa Fe, Prescott and Phoenix Railway (SFP&P) in Arizona. The 35.65-mile railroad was built to serve the mines in the Bradshaw Mountains, including the Crown King. The railroad built from a connection at Poland Junction and at Mayer with the Prescott and Eastern Railroad. Operated 1901-1912 by the Santa Fe, Prescott and Phoenix Railway and 1912-1930s by the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway.
