Three sextants. A sextant is an instrument for determining the angle between the horizon and a celestial body such as the Sun, the Moon, or a star, used in celestial navigation to determine latitude and longitude. The device consists of an arc of a circle, marked off in degrees, and a movable radial arm pivoted at the center of the circle. I think these were more intended for decoration, although they all seem to have all the working parts. One is a full size model, measuring 7"x 8" and the other two 3"x 4". All come in their own wood box. Please see photos for more details.
