Black border and print, gold seal, and great vignette of a herd of buffalo overlooking an oil field with derricks! No printer listed. Stain on left border. 7.25 x 10.5" Formed to build a pipeline from the New York/Pennsylvania border to Buffalo. In 1880, they had secured the rights to build pipes from the Bradford District to Buffalo, and to construct 3 refineries.
