Pay to Rose and Palmer $4.15 for first dividend. Signed by Van Fleet. Stamp and punch cancelled. Pinhole thru center. Frog vignette upper left. 2) 1907. Bullfrog Central Mining Company stock certificate. #402. Issued for one thousand shares to N.P. Reinhard on Feb. 4, 1907. Punch cancelled thru signatures of Geo. Wingfield (president) and J.M. Fenwick (secretary). Light soiling around edges. Green frog vignette at bottom center. Green border and black and gold lettering. 3) 1907. Bullfrog Golden Sceptre Mining Co. stock certificate. #1282. Incorporated under the laws of the territory of Arizona. Uncancelled. Issued for five hundred shares to Fadig and Co. (?) on March 4, 1907. Signed by J.C. McCormack (president) and E.J. Brobee (?) (secretary). Orange border and seal with vignette of green frog with golden sceptre at top center. Two deep folds, toning, holes in seal, and soiling on reverse. According to The Mining Investor 1907, "work is being continued in the new Golden Sceptre tunnel with three shift of miners steadily driving into the hill."
