C. L. Burger and Sons, Boston, brass transit. In original wood box with labels inside, includes two plumbs. Excellent transit, appears to be circa World War II. Serial number 9439, sold by the Warren Knights company of Philadelphia. Judging by the origin, this wonderful antique transit was probably used in one of Nevada's copper mines early days.
