Pass No. 151, issued for 1898 to C.C. McNeil, general superintendent for Maricopa Phoenix & Salt River Valley RR. R.W. Woodbury is president. Countersigned by R.S. Seibert, general manager. Printed on cardstock with ornate logo. Soiling, especially on the reverse. Originally organized in 1896 in Colorado and named the Nevada Southern Railway. Ran about 30 miles from Blake, California to Manvel, California, now a ghost town in San Bernardino County near the California/Nevada border. By 1902, it had extended to Ivanpah.
