No. 620 Issued for 100 shares in 1879 to HR Lounsbery. Signed by secretary RK Southwick and president JK Marshall. Endorsed on back. Not cancelled. Gorgeous cert. with vignette of camp and mine on mountain. Pinholes, folds, creases. Printed by Stewart, Haring & Warren, New York. On June 4, 1881, an ad in the "Engineering and Mining Worlds" advised the New York & Calaveras County Gold stockholders that they could change their percent of stock for bonds in the Calaveras Water and Mining Company. Southwick was the secretary of both companies.
