A) Photograph of a group of working men on a truck with several oil rigs in the background. These men most likely worked in the oil business that took off after oil was discovered near Taft in the late 19th century. The handwritten note on the back indicates that this photograph was sent to Hattie Stevens in Santa Ana by Mrs. Geo. Phillips in Taft. The overall size of this mounted photograph is 9.75 x 7.75, good condition.
