Lot of 15 items/groups of items. Includes timetables, notices, maps, guides and brochures, and an Arizona-California Travel Guide published by the Seaside Oil Company, 1956. Of special interest would be an 8.50" x 11" General Notice to Passengers listing a number designating the route of each line (e.g., Hayes Street . . . 6, Cemeteries . . . 14) operated by United Railroads of San Francisco, dated April 5, 1912. Another interesting piece is a typewriter-generated Time Table No. 41 from the Pacific Coast railway Company, for employees only, detailing first class costs for station on routes run in San Luis Obispo and surroundings. Dated Monday, September 5th 1927. Included is a section titled Speed Restrictions stating maximum train speeds over specified track and structures (e.g., Bridge 72, Santa Maria River, 8 miles per hour). All items in sheet protectors.
