An old rock, mineral and fossil collection consisting of hundreds of specimens made by Wedertz of Bridgeport, California before WW2 (possibly 1920s). The collection is housed in a ten drawer wood cabinet about 18 x 18” x 5.5’ tall. Some specimens are labeled, but most are not. Most are numbered, but no inventory ledger was found with the specimens or estate. Most of the fossils are bivalves from California locations. Ore specimens are unlabeled. Includes some cut slabs a few cabochons. Best if picked up in Reno, as it weighs a couple hundred pounds. [Wedertz] [California] [] [] []
