Miller on Jan. 14th, 1901 in San Francisco. Signed by president D.G. Scofield and secretary C.B. Wheaton. Stamped cancelled several times. Black border and print, no vignette. 5.25 x 9.75" Horizontal fold. This is the reorganization of the Star Oil Works that was so successful drilling in the Pico Canyon Oilfield.
