This is a Ludlow-Sayor Wire Company's "CALUMET" model miners' candlestick. The stamp is featured on the top face of the spike. It should be noted that advertising for the Calumet model feature the stamp on the side of the stick for advertising purposes. This stick measures 8.45" inches long and constructed out of cast steel with the thimble brazed into the slot. According to Wilson and Bobrink, this stick is relatively rare with only 4 or 5 examples known. Wilson-Bobrink #33. State: City: Date: ID#46560
