Fabulous use of colors: Deep purple, red, green and black on white. # 22 for 10 shares to George Cobb on 1864. Signed by Albert Garner and SP Ritchford president. The Capital was listed in Collins. Location of the mine was Blue Sulphur Springs. A. Cramer was secretary with an office at 7 'C' Street. Not cancelled. Daily Union Print (Virginia Daily Union newspaper; competitor of the Territorial Enterprise; 1862-1867). Minor edge and corner issues. Overall very nice. The company seems to have gotten off the ground, but did not make much of a splash. The Blue Sulphur [Spring] Mining District area was to the southwest of Silver City. Became part of the Silver City Mining District.
