Photo of the Carson and Tahoe Lumber & Fluming Company's narrow gauge 2-6-0, no.3. Photo taken near Bijou, California at the J. H. Martin Camp at the southern end of Lake Tahoe. The Baldwin Locomotive Works built this model in 1877. The engine was sold to the Lake Tahoe Railway & Transportation Company in 1899, a Bliss tourism operation that had a rail line from Truckee to the Tahoe City pier, and then a fleet of steamers.
