We have only ever offered an unissued certificate for this company. Inc. in Colorado. No. 128, issued for 500 shares to Frank Woolf on March 24th, 1896 in Aspen. Signed by president JD Hooper (former mayor of Aspen) and secretary Brown. Not cancelled. Black print, no vignette. 5.75" x 9.5" Pinholes, folds. Listed in the 1898 CO Mining Directory with JT Stuart as superintendent. According to an 1895 article in the Aspen Times, Stewart [sic.] had silver souvenir spoons made for the company directors from a silver strike in the mine. The mine adjoins the Etcetera on Richmond Hill. It appears that the company was later involved in a lawsuit with the Etcetera.
