Central City & Blackhawk birds-eye views. Trimmed tight to the printed borders. No lithographer name present, however, it may be the same as the Pueblo broadside, drawn by E.S. Glover, lithograph by Strobridge & Co. Cincinnatti. This is a spectacular shaded relief double birds-eye view. The top view is Central City, the bottom view is Blackhawk. These two important locales were responsible for major lode gold production in Colorado, through the time of printing. Central City at this time was already huge, sporting thousands of buildings. The Blackhawk view is also significant, displaying hundreds of buildings. Four businesses are highlighted along the bottom edge, along with the Boston & Colorado Smelting works. Numerous public buildings are numbered and identified.City: Central CityCounty: GilpinState: CODate:
