Inc. in Minnesota. No. 224, issued for 50 shares in 1888 in Minneapolis. Signed by president CC Joslyn and secretary DA Pool. Not cancelled. Black border and print, gold seal, and mining vignette. Deep folds. According to the Star Tribune (June 3rd, 1887), Pool was reporting they had 1,000,000 tons of ore on their property on the St. Croix Range at Knapp, Wisconsin. A May 24, 1887 article mentions they have property in Ashland County in the Penokee Range (Lake Superior).
