This is a late made travertine butterfly ceremonial stone. It measures 4 in. x 2.25 in. drilled at 7/16 in. A beautiful pink stone. Archeologists are still uncertain as to the function of these stones but thought to be a good luck talisman. From the Gray Bracken collection. Please see photos for details. (ref.
