The company's property was located on the River Certigue, District of Tado, Province of San Juan, Department of Choco, Republic of Columbia. The mine report from 1910 states that there was plenty of gold being dredged up, but that the screens and sluices were only saving 10% of the gold. Not a pretty picture. By 1911, the noteholders had put the company into receivership and were looking for additional funds. It's interesting to follow this story as it proceeds from promise to likely failure. The company was again trying to raise more funds of $25,000 to purchase a new dredger.

The mine report is five pages of information by Roberto J. White, C.F. Mulitiple letters to the shareholder dated between 1910 and 1913.
